Occupational Health and Safety orders report

When an inspector finds that health and safety legislation or regulations are not being complied with, a written order is issued to comply with the legislation/regulation within a certain time period.

Data from the Ministry of Labour reflects Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Employment Standards (ES) are captured at a point in time and/or for specific reporting purposes. As a result, the information above may not align with other data sources.
