The Long-Term Care Management Information System (LTC-MIS) contains information on Long-Term Care Homes (LTCH) locations, owner/operators and specific renewal capital projects and related bed information. The database is limited to LTCH sector information specific to those homes that have engaged in ministry funded renewal since the inception of the program through successive renewal initiatives.
