Social Assistance Management System (SAMS) interactive voice response system

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system provides information related to the Social Assistance Management System (SAMS) to authorized social assistance clients. In addition, it provide statistics on the IVR system usage, for example:

  • call volume
  • call length
  • type of information gathered

SAMS is a case management system for social assistance clients.
