Public sector salary disclosure data

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 ("Act") requires the Government and organizations that receive funding from the Province of Ontario to disclose annually the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in a calendar year.

The salary disclosure data covers the Government of Ontario, crown agencies, municipalities, hospitals, boards of public health, school boards, universities, colleges, and other public sector employers who receive a significant level of funding from the Province.

Public sector salary disclosure data is not subject to nor licensed under Ontario's Open Government Licence. The Act provides that there is no copyright with regard to a record made available under Section 3 of the Act and the information contained in it may be published by any member of the public. "Date modified" refers to this webpage, not the data itself.
