Preparing to implement a child/youth suite instrument: readiness survey

Includes general and readiness information on organizations considering using tools from the Child/Youth Suite including: number of clients served; services provided; primary reason for interest in implementing the tools; reasons child/youth suite tools preferred over other tools; organization's experience in training staff to become trainers, providing time for training, reviewing/modifying organizational policies to support implementation of a new tool; implementation support that would work well for the organization.
