Ten-year housing target Text

Housing Target Status Text

For municipalities with provincially assigned housing targets, there are four possible housing target statuses:

  • a municipality which has not achieved at least 80% of their annual housing target will have a status of 'not met'
  • a municipality which has achieved at least 80% of their annual housing target will have a status of 'on track '
  • a municipality which has achieved their annual housing target (100%) will have a status of 'met'
  • a municipality which has achieved more than exceeded their annual housing target (+100% or more) will have a status of 'exceeded'

Municipalities without a provincially assigned housing target will have a status of ‘not applicable.’
