Ontario’s housing supply progress

This data shows how many new homes have been started towards municipal housing targets.

2023 and 2024 data were reviewed in 2024 and 2025. Data published here reflect post-review adjustments and may not align with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation data as published in its 2023 and 2024 surveys (Starts and Completions Survey). However, over a two-year period, statistics across both organizations will align.
