Employment Service (ES) Client Outcomes with Social Assistance Client Subsets (2022-23)

This dataset contains annual data on the outcomes of Employment Service (ES) assisted services clients who completed participation in the program between April 1st, 2022 and March 31st, 2023, or received a 3-month follow-up during the fiscal year.

Table 1: This dataset includes the service delivery site’s client employment outcomes on completion of ES and three months afterward.

Table 2: This dataset includes the service delivery site’s number of clients who self-reported Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) as their primary source of income, and the outcomes of each client group on completion of ES and three months afterward. Note: in the 2022-23 dataset, about 51% of ES clients did not report their source of income.

A technical dictionary is included with definitions for data fields in Table 1 and 2.
