Diabetes Prevention Program financial reports

Seven Public Health Units and five Community Health Centres of Ontario where the Diabetes Prevention Program is implemented report on direct services and program administration costs. This includes salaries and wages, employee benefits, transportation and communication, services and supplies. These organizations are required to submit financial reports to demonstrate progress towards expenditures within budget allocation as outlined in the transfer payment agreement.
