Year-end Correspondence Summary Report

This report is the annual version of the Quarterly Correspondence Summary Report. It shows the volume of correspondence items logged and responded to by division, average correspondence turnaround time per division/program area, and volume of general telephone inquiries. It also includes general notes on the existence of any factors affecting correspondence functions.
