Standard Incident Report (SIR) Database

p>There are four sections to the database.
section a (all occurrences): identifies the "where", "when" of the incident, "who" responded, and to "what" they responded for all emergency responses.
section b (fires/explosions): describes the "what", "how" and "why" details of the fire incident and estimated dollar loss.
section c (structure fires/explosions): gathers details on the structure involved in a fire including Alarm operation data.
section d (address): contains incident address including postal code.

This data is not and will not be made available. Data in this record cannot be released because of legal, privacy, security, confidentiality or commercially-sensitive reasons, as outlined by the Open Data Directive.

Why? Privacy - Each record contains an address which is personal information. The complete SIR record is only available to the property owner or fire department.
