Gross domestic product by industry

Gross domestic product (GDP) is a monetary measure of the value of all final goods and services produced in a period.

This dataset shows Ontario's GDP by Goods Producing Industries for 2007 to 2014, including:

  • food, beverage and tobacco manufacturing
  • electrical and electronic products
  • chemical and petroleum products
  • primary metal and fabricated metal products
  • transportation equipment
  • other manufacturing industries
  • agriculture (crop and animal production)
  • other primary industries
  • construction
  • utilities (excluding communications)
